"aif you experience problems with "can't find setup.dat", try to move the directory that contain the setup file and de setup.dat to the root (C ) or aanother directory that no have spaces in path (e.g. C \install\scanner) and run the setup again! )"

"it worked for me and i thought it would be useful to post my experience. btw i have win xp and i connected the cable from the scanner's host to the lpt1 printer port on my computer. i extracted the zip file to a folder on my desktop, rebooted my computer and in microsoft word - went to insert picture - selected the scanner and the taskbridge window came up (i didnt move t

"After installation and reboot,you might have to copy the files in c.\windows\colorado to the plug-in directory of the program you want to use.Then select import from twain_32 source.Select colorado direct 600.Now you should be able to import picture from scanner"
