"If you know what you are doing, this driver will install into Windows XP. I had previously been using the driver that came with the motherboard (Gigabyte GA-7zmmh F2) and this new driver improved performance significantly. Quake III jumped from 25 fps to 33.5 fps in the timed demo test. Worthwhile driver upgrade."

"This driver is for an antiquated S3 chipset which generally comes integrated into cheap POS computers. Stop whining, you silly ingrates. if you want to run the latest games which require DirectX 9, GO OUT AND BUY A REAL VIDEO CARD AND STOP COMPLAINING. When you buy cheap-ass hardware, you get cheap-ass results. Now shut up and whine somewhere else. BTW...this driver works

"there is no DX9 driver and never will be. the KM133 video component is only DX7 and below. you should install DX9 into windows for other benefits, but physically your video power won't increase."

"I have C&C Generals, and It keeps telling me I need to install DirectX 8.1, but it is installed and checks out. I just installed a new driver (S3 Graphics ProSavage Compaq) and still the same message. Need help please."
