"this driver works, but not without having to play around a bit each time I use the printer. I'm being given an error ssascui.dll that means I have to keep checking a box every time I print."

"The driver worked fine before SP2 came along. Now I get a message about aligning the print cartridge. Clicking yes only results in a DLL not being found, which is present on the hard drive."
