"Driver is good, except that INF file presumes existance of serport.vxd. Download does not include serport.vxd. Serport.vxd may be found as a component of drivers for usb-serial bridges which employ PL2303/X/HX chip. For example serport.vxd, version 1.0.0703, is currently found here within file win98.zip for device Aten UC-232A. If your modem is not an external USB mode
