"Installed this driver for the pc-tel AMR ver 1.2 would not work. The modem actually had AMR Ver 1.2 but the driver would not work. This driver took care of the problem and appears to be working fine."

"This driver was never intended for this style of modem AMR CNR 56kV90 Modems.

The download is smooth but when you unzip it and install it what it does is shuts off your modem altogether causing several registry errors making it seem as your Operating system is Defective.
