Second computer now working, probably a skew-wiff IDE plug. Both Windows 98 and 2000 Professional recognised the drive so no problems so please disregard my earlier comments.

"Failed to recognise Samsung on boot.Tried installing drivers under Windows Millenium and Windows 2000 Professional and rebooting but still not recognised. CD worked on another computer with Windows Millenium without any drivers.

"Did anyone work out how to instal;l this. The windows app puts up some gobledygook and the DOS keeps giving a bad instruction error or doesn't find the drive.

Anyone get this to work?
