"Does not work with a modern 64 Bit Windows 8 computer. You need to use it with an older computer - in which case it works fine."

"I tried this driver but it was no good for me as I have a 64 bit opperating system, if there is a driver for the Sony DCR-TRV14E DV Camcorder series, I would like to know about it, as I cannot stream any videos that I have taken with it."

"Excellent driver. This is not a software package with pixela and all, it's only a driver. I recommend VirtualDub for recording video/audio once the driver is installed (but it does require some tech-savvy ;-) )"
