"Driver in stalled well on Aptiva 2158-294 with fresh install of Win98SE

itialization, re-enabling "Display modem status" appears to NOT be a problem.

Additionally... a "feature" of the motherboard, NOT the driver, sometimes on soft reboots the PCI bus does not reinitalize, causing adapter cards to hang. This is a known issue, has been observed with both the modem and an installed network adapter. Solution... power down reset."
