"One would expect a universal driver to perform in all conditions. However if you expect this to work with an older system which doesn't have USB support you are out of luck."

"DLL missing with XP. Scanner worked fine under Windows98 on the same system. No support available for XP. Think will have to be environment unfriendly replacing working device, make sure not from same company because of that poor support"

"I have my Plustek Optic Pro 9630P but I do not have ac adapter for my scanner.. It is rating DC24V 550MA.. If you find or know where I can get this adapter, Email me at Euanne@juno.com.. Many Thanks!"
