"I installed the 600 modem driver and it performed without a hitch. tnx. it is appreciated. It is believed that my machine is now performing faster, I get data processed much sooner thereof.than before. tnx agn.

"Downloaded this driver for a modem, manufacturer unknown, wasn't expecting it to work but was worth a try as the modem had a similar chipset.

"I have never seen a modem connect this fast! Before I used this driver my modem would only connect at 34000, now it connects at 53333every time."

"597 is a great driver for lucent based modems. Have tried heaps of later versions, and this one has always worked the best on my netcomm IN5692."

"hi i have a 56k flex lt win modem, but the most it connects is 28.8kbps, never in life it connected better than that speed. i put win2000 in the comp, now what can i do to make the modem connect around 56k. i tried few drivers but no result. if anyone knows please send me the driver. thanks. "Will this driver work for a lucent 56k USB modem?????? I cant find the correct drivers anywhere.... I have a Compaq laptop and just cant get the thing to connect to the Internet..... have re installed Windows 98... but the modem is not responding.any help and advice would be greatly recieved thanks"
