"Searched for ages to find a driver for Acer Aspire 3680, and here it is. It's a very small download, but it worked for me."

"Did not work in Linux with ndiswrapper on my Compaq V6133CL. After using fwcutter to place bcmwl5.sys's files in /lib/firmware, ndiswrapper -i oem3.inf, and then ndiswrapper -l showed driver installed but not hardware installed. A good driver for a Broadcomm 4311 would have shown the hardware installed, and would have created ifcfg-wlan0."
