"this modem is for Conexent and MS driver installer coughed it out. therefore, i am going after the Rockwell driver that i might make the modem work in a KDS Valiant 6480i laptop."

"When I tried installing the driver, WinXP said that it isn't compatible with my AM56HCFSP modem and "blocked" the driver. I'm not sure if this is because it's an Amquest modem."
