"The software requires a key to install, a helpful member posted a couple of the keys in the review area. They do work to install the software, but the software does not work. As soon as it installs I get a "Open device key fail" and none of the extra keys on the keyboard function.

QTronix's website has absolutely no help available, nor any mention of previews
