"Just assembled a new machine, using Gigabyte GA-MA69GM-S2H motherboard. The Agere driver worked well on this modem, but speeds are lower than on my old machine (Asus A7N8X-VM/400). I'm not sure that it's the driver's fault. Driver installed without a hitch and seems stable."
