Acer t009 Driver Reviews

We have spent many hours frantically searching the Internet and asking other computer owners about a solution.

I, personally, have searched the Internet for a newer driver for the scanner to work with XP, but have had no luck. I finally contacted the technical support for Ben Q, who make these Acer scanners.

I was told that my scanner cannot work with Windows XP.

There is no driver for it that will work with this operating system.

I am more than upset about this.

My scanner is only five years old and it makes excellent-quality scans.

I wonder how many people with other brand scanners are having the same problem with Windows XP.

I am writing to urge you to develop a driver that will allow us to use our scanners in Windows XP.

We spent hard-earned money on this hardware and it is a real shame that, although the quality of the hardware is excellent, we can no longer use our scanners.

We are faced with the problem of either buying a new scanner, which may not work when the next Windows operating system comes out and which we may not be able to afford, or just forget about scanning.

Please help us by doing right by those of us who have bought these Acer scanners.
