"At last! Third time lucky with these Umax drivers and this time my 3450 is recognised. The 'No Scanner' icon is replaced with the 'VistaScan' and the scanner itself passed the test. However, the PageManager editing software may also require upgrading as memory errors for some reason occurs. The Windows Wizard still thinks the Scanner is a 3400. But at least I can get some

"No me sirvio para mi Umax Astra 1220s. Sin embargo soporta muchos otros modelos de scanners mas nuevos."

"I used this driver because it included the operating software for my UMAX scanner.Umax will not let you download this software-they want to charge for a replacement CD."
