"without this utility installed I could not finish the installation of the network card on my laptop, it was missing a couple of files tiacxGEN was one and there might have been more but never got past this part of the driver install. Once installed and run the card worked fine

"Got the driver for the card from the OEM website, but that wasn't enough. You need this file as well to make it work."
