"i have the Geforce2 MX/MX 400 video card with TV IN/OUT, and i dont know why this or any other driver is not working with my WIN XP, may be i doing something wrong, please help if anyone know abt this."

"driver worked, with some flickering, however on nvidia website there are updated drivers that work far better. For those interested, the most stable ones are up to version 43.45 (DON'T believe what the readme say - I installed a V.70 and it didn't recognize the card."
