"I bought an Acer 4420-5963 and Acer did not have correct drivers on their site, nor did they have any drivers for XP64 Bit. So I've been driver hunting for this machine's drivers and this one I can tell you works great with the Acer 4420-5963's O2Micro device controller. (VEN_1217 DEV_7130)"
