And the usb cable is new and work with other devices."

"Indeed, cannot find default data source... If t downloading the driver from the Trust site, the usb " connection" can't be established ( message scanner cable not connected...). How to get rid of the " exclamation mark" at usb-devices..? Trust-scanner not accepted by MS."
