just extract it and then go to my computer properties click the tab hardware and then device manager, other, right click to multimedia audio controller click update driver, advance setup then uncheck "search removable media" then check "include this location in the search" and then browse the folder you extract name "4

Really I gave you a estiment. on the rating,

I am preparing my 3rd computer for win xp. My trident sound card is a pci and I'm not too sure it does work. see win 98se does find it but it don't have trident 4d wave sound drivers. that is why I came here. So really wish me luck.
