Manufacturers should support their OEM products better. At any rate, this elusive driver was taken directly from the Sound Blaster Live CD that came with a Dell system with the SB0200 card installed. This driver supports Windows 98SE, 2000, XP, and Windows NT 4.0.
The driver will likely work fine with Windows 98 & ME, though I haven't personally tested these configs.

It's important to note that this is a Creative Labs CD, and not one pressed by Dell.
