This package contains driversets for several of the Motorola Razr V3 series phones. This driver is especially if you use the phone as a modem for internet access. The CDMA folder contains the drivers for Sprint phones only. Do not use the Installer file, just browse to the folder. Vista will check all teh folders automatically when you browse Windows 2k/XP won't.
