"I've never used this service before, or drivers from it. I tell you what .. I think I must have been blind. Just one so far - but too impressed with the driver itself (thought I couldn't find it .. so old) & also with the site .. so professional .. impressive. Microsoft Support loses me - but this .. a baby could do."

"It took a couple of times and a reboot to install, it appears to look for files that it can't find. You just have to skip them. It says it didn't install, but after a reboot it did seem load what it needed!"

"I have installed the river, and the install was fine, and then made a restart. At first evrything was fine with the sound, but after 10 secconds a system error came up and the sount dissapeared. "I tried to use the setup but it gave me some error messages. I tried to resolve them but I couldn't do anything about them. So then I tried to install them a different way. I just went to the device mananager and clicked on upgrade device and told it to search for drivers in the folder that I extracted this to and it worked. "After unzipping the file I tried running the setup.exe and it stopped and said "A required .DLL file NewDev.DLL was not found." So I went to the modem in the Device Manager and told it to update the driver. I selected the folder where I unzipped the file and it found the right files to make the sound and game controller work."
