This driver is for the HI-VAL HNNBC300 NOTEBOOK USB CAMERA . This will work on Windows XP-Pro . I am using it on XP-Pro with no problems at all . I dont know how well they will work with any other WinOS This driver includes the software for video and still capture. Enjoy !!
