This driver is for the SpeedCom+ HPI56M3 with Motorola chipset. The modem I installed was in an Acer Aspire SA90. It's manufactured by Pro-Nets Technology, but as of this writing, they do not provide drivers on their site. It was a pain to find these drivers, so I hope this helps someone today. Cheers
