"This driver resulted in limited success in enabling audio on my 1999 HP Pavilion onto which I have installed the Windows 98SE OS. The audio plays out of the left channel, only. There is no speaker icon in the taskbar tray, thus, there is no mute feature. There is no volume control. The level of the volume is stuck on a low level. However, I do not have a high level of PC t
