I have combined in this installation the original Peracom install .inf and uninstall code with the USB101ET.SYS file (v3.39) from KLSI. I got the .SYS file from Phil@purpleprobe's install for the 3Com 3C19250. (The FCC ID's for the two NIC's are the same even though the branding is different.) This driver and .inf file was tested using a Comcast@Home USB Ethernet Adapter on XP Pro SP1. Unzip to a folder on your HD or a floppy and install as you would any driver that is not digitally signed. Although I did not test on Win9X/ME/2000, the original driver disk supported those platforms. Since this install is based on the original, it probably will work on Win9X/ME/2000 as well.
