"Win2003 server does not install drivers for this card automatically.

Just shows conflicting Ethgernet device. Update drivers with WIN2000 directory of this pack helps. It installs and immediately receives DHCP address, browses local network.

Still did not try routing and cannot say anything about long-time stability."
