"To Tech Support:

Today I spent $29.95 to join Driverguide with the express purpose that I would be able to download WinDVD.exe (and later, many other drivers).

I paid, obtained my Unlocking Credentials #, downloaded the "dgt2" Driverguide Toolkit and installed it, then I tried to download and install the WinDVD.exe driver. I opted to SAVE it to Desktop, a

"I don't have any problem about this driver. Nevertheless, I don't recommend to use it because of his age. You better use inter video winDVD instead."

"Once my download was complete, I tried to instal it, and it said to "Please re-install fwith the original installation disc."

File is no good for anyone other than the original user with the original disc."
