These took me FOREVER to find... you have to install the vs355u.exe 1st ... Re-boot your pc... plug scanner in and install the 2xxx_XP_upd.exe 2nd.. This was a hard sought after driver for the astra 2000u line of umax scanners. I hope i helped a ton of ppl with this one :P post your comments and good luck.
