"I tried this firmware on my CRX220E1 and it installed flawlessly, and burns great.

The thing I really love is the red light when burning a CD."

"Excelent!!!. My CRX220E1 now can write every CD-R at 52X and the new activated red led indicates that is writting.

Excelente!!!. Mi CRX220E1 ahora puede grabar a 52X cualquier CD-R y el led rojo que ahora esta activado indica cuando esta quemando."

"Funny result - like different colours on the device led, it didn't solve my problem, but it didn't suppose to:) i just try it like a last resort:) Otherwise it worked great, as expected."

"After this flash, my drive burns much better with brands of cdr media, which the original firmware had problems.

"A great improvement in my drive's performance. Earned 20-30 secs in each burn. It even uses a red light I never knew that existed in this drive.

Thumbs up"
