1.23 (23-Jan-1996)
HP OEM Adaptec AHA-2940 Ultra SCSI card. It's
version 1.23 which is what I put for the driver
version: field. The copyright date according to
the DISK.TXT file contained within is HP 1996 &
Adaptec 1997. This is the final BIOS Upgrade for
this particular OEM Adaptec Ultra SCSI card.
It also works with the retail version of the
Adaptec AHA-2940UW but you should only use
it if you're experiencing strange
behavior/unexplained bugs while using either a
newer but not final/current BIOS or the current
final BIOS as listed on Adaptec's Support site for
that particular SCSI card. If that ever happens I
would also recommend you e-mail Adaptec's
Tech Support so they know about it s
