"Flash went well. I did hold my breath and back up my original bios. You may say stupidly, I didn't check to see if my new bios version was more current than the original. Let me just say that I don't recall ever updating my bios ever, so I automatically assumed that the new version would have memory and CPU id improvements. Time will tell as I am planning a CPU upgrade

on this particular machine and I eventually intend to back up my machine's hard drive to a usb external and then proceed with a full blown install of 64bit Windows Cross your Heart and Hope to not Die, right?"
