"The driver works fine thanks for uploading ;-} I was to the point of writing a driver for this modem. I found this driver and it saved me the head ache. Driver Guide was free at one time and you could download at NO COST and very few banners. Now it is a fee based service and full of adds and banners. That part is truly sad."
