"Although the file contains firmware updates I did not use them since the modem is unknown (Packard Bell desktop which is no longer supported in North America). However the drivers work just fine on this machine. At least for a straight dial-up modem. Have not tested the speaker phone and mic bells and whistles since all I wanted was dial-up access."
