This is the LiteOn WN6301L driver . Works with netbook ADvent 4490 and also with ECS J10IL. Unpack the archive, run and you will get two folders. Go to the first and run setup. Then go to device manager and choose to update your wifi driver, but point widows to search the second folder of this driver (called msi) and it should work. Sorry for my bad english ;)
