THese are the hard to find drivers for the NEtopia pigtail ADSL modems 3342N-Test and the previous old 3342NTT. I have it working on WIN7. Just unzip and point the installation to that directory. Setup wizard not necessarily recommended. Creates a network connection with default gateway of 192.168.1.254
