"After a fres hard drive reload, the drver installed without any problems. When I tried to start and configure the scanner, it indicated that some of the scanner configuration files were missing. Am downloading the driver s/w again and trying to reinstall again. Not happy sofar."

"Works very well, but leaves traces on hard drive after uninstall. Note: This program starts with Windows and runs even if scanner is disconnected."
