This driver is for Puretek H52PT-3012 56KFlex/V.90 modem, it works with Win9X, 2K & XP. You will need WinRAR 3.20 or better to uncompress it.
The H52PT-3020 model was later changed to H52PT-3020, so those drivers may work for your modem too. This is a copy of the original driver before the model no changed. There are GVC/US Robotics/DLink 560E modems based on this same driver,and should work with this driver as well.
