extract files to a folder, have device manager search for driver in the folder, sub folder win9x and let it install.
I know how hard it is to find a working xp driver for this card. DONT LET WINDOWS UPDATE YOUR DRIVER IT WILL CORRUPT IT. I had to refind this driver because of it.
