"I too am having great problems with this modem and driver combo. I have now been informed by Tech Support that i need to download "sis 7001", if this driver does not work then I have to install a network card and i am assured that all will be well - Yeah Right. Apparently the sb 4100 does not like some USB's ? Anyone got the sis 7001 drivers? - or anyone know if they

"Muchisimas gracias ALAN, el truco resulto de maravilla. Lo unico que hay que hacer es borrar USB COMPOSITE DEVICE y luego abajo donde dice REFRESH-CLick, y listo, el pide lo necesario y el Modem quedo instalado. GRACIAS"

"For the article below, This was for WINDOWS 98. You will also be asked for the WINDOWS CD after a couple of seconds of the installation Cd that came with the modem."
