These two options are stored in the windows registry in hkey_local_machine\software\matrox\rainbow_runner\tvfreq or similar and can be edited
best results (most television channels) are with option "air"selected and I have added the 8 missing channeles in my registry .
I have exported the selected branch of the windows registry into this *.reg file and you can import it into yours if yoy want to receive all channels. For other european countries further editing of your windows registry rainbow runner key might be necesary
