Additional Notes

After a long search, I finally found this driver that Intel supposedly supports, but has broken links to. It's listed under EtherExpress(TM)Classic LAN Adapter Support, and it should theoretically work for EtherExpress 16 (8/16) adapter, EtherExpress 32 adapter, EtherExpress 32N adapter, EtherExpress Flash 32 adapter, and possibly also the EtherExpress 10 adapter. Your mileage may vary, but it worked for my 8/16 under NT4 Server.
