After reading the licensing info, I realized I could upload the demo copy myself. Here it is. It does run a Kurta is/one in Windows 2000 It is supposed to support more than 350 tablets on all windows 9x and NT platforms. The 3.1 version is on the site I mentioned before. Hope this helps.
