This diagnostic tool is available for use by customers who feel their Fujitsu SCSI hard drive may not be operating normally. It is only designed for use with Fujitsu SCSI hard drives.
There are 3 test modes:
Quick Test
1 to 3 minutes, a basic operational test.
Standard Test
20 to 25 minutes, also performs Read/Write test.
Extended Test
30 to 70 minutes, also verify and surface test.
*Supports Windows NT/98/2000/2003/XP
*Requires Adaptec's ASPI32 driver.

To get the Diagnostic Tools driver, click the green download button above. After you complete your download, move on to Step 2.
If the driver listed is not the right version or operating system, search our driver archive for the correct version. Enter Fujitsu Diagnostic Tools into the search box above and then submit. In the results, choose the best match for your PC and operating system.
Tech Tip: If you are having trouble deciding which is the right driver, try the Fujitsu Driver Update Utility. It is a software utility which automatically finds and downloads the right driver.
To find the newest driver, you may need to visit the Fujitsu website. Most major device manufacturers update their drivers regularly.
Open a tool called Device Manager.
Use Device Manager to put the new driver on your computer.
Turn your computer off.
Turn your computer back on.
Now your new driver is ready!
Tech Tip: Driver downloads and updates come in a variety of file formats with different file extensions. For example, you may have downloaded an EXE, INF, ZIP, or SYS file. Each file type has a slighty different installation procedure to follow.
