"Peter, Didn't work. Chipset is the right one. Am running win98se. Computer recognizes it is a Rockwell v90&k56 flex PnP modem. Wouldn' think it would be this hard. Thanks for the info and the try. Jon"

"This driver is a Conexant driver. The Conexant driver worked great for my 56k isa modem that has data,fax,voice. This driver is made for modems made by Conexant not Rockwell. Thanks Peter!"

"Thanks, I hope this works OK on Win98, how ever I have also been looking for the driver for the wave device for this voice modem. Is this included I wonder? Thanks again its been really hard to find this one."
