Research on the Net reveals everyone is having problems with this NIC and TCPIP.
On mine wouldnt even see the DHCP server, only worked intermitently when assigning a static IP
After much pain and afgravation found the followinf WIndows 9X / WIndows 2000 Drivers.
HAS WORKED PERFECT EVER SINCE. !!!
