"Worked for windows xp pro on a dell precision M4400 for using 3cxm356 pcmia modem card, hard find, all other default drivers failed!!!

Highly recommend this. Make sure you uninstall device, then run the utility. It was a breeze. You do have to go to device manager and enable modem device after install as this is a windows 95/98/nt driver so everything does not work by d

"I used this modem driver for an install to a Dell Latitude CP1 with a 3COM 56K MegaHertz PCMCIA card Model 3CXM356. It did install but finding all the files was difficult. The install program kept wanting disk 1 information. It took some rooting around the extracted files to give it what it wanted."
