This is a real "pain in the ass" driver to find! It works with Masterlan Fast Ehternet PCMCIA from NPG-Zoltix (some kind of short time, joint-venture, or something like that)

How to Update CardBus 10/100 Fast Ethernet Adapter II Device Drivers Quickly & Easily
